心悦华美废气吸附树脂属于疏水性材料，运营过程对水分没有要求，可减少吸附热量，使用寿命可达5年以上；再生消耗比低，使用蒸汽洗脱；
大孔吸附树脂的处理流程
1、树脂的预处理
用树脂体积0.4-0.5倍的甲醇(或乙醇,下同)浸泡树脂24小时,使液面树脂层约1cm.(初次使用需预处理)取一定量树脂湿法装柱,加入甲醇在柱上以2BV的流速清洗,洗至流出液与等量水混合后不呈白色浑浊位置,然后改用大量水洗至无醇味,且水溶液澄清即可使用。(树脂连续运行不必再进行预处理,停运时间过长,应考虑重新预处理。停运前要充分解吸,洗净,并以大于10%食盐溶液浸泡,以避免细菌在树脂中繁殖)
预处理方法:
用2BV的5%HCL溶液,以4~6BV/h的流速通过树脂层,并浸泡2~4小时,而后用水以同样流速洗至出水pH中性。用2BV的2%NaOH溶液,以4~6BV/h的流速通过树脂层,并浸泡2~4小时,而后用水以同样流速洗至出水pH中性。
